Good Morning, I wanted to take a moment to respond to your recent survey in regards to Mask's and Covid 19 Safety measures. I apologize if your visit was uncomfortable due to customers not wearing masks properly and overcrowded waiting area . We have a limit of 8 seats only in our waiting room with more that 6 feet apart to ensure we are following the NYC safety guidelines and post that this is a no eating or drinking area . We also provide outside seating for customers who wish to not wear masks. I apologize if some of our customers were not following the Mask requirements. We will do our best to monitor that area and continue to provide a safe environment in our waiting area for our customers . Good Morning Mr Krukovskiy, I wanted to take a moment to address your concern. When you brought in your vehicle you were advised if the problem is not a warranty related repair their will be a diagnostic charge, which you signed for and agreed to. After we spent time diagnosing your vehicle and we found impact damage on the front lower portion of your front bumper, causing the lower grille to be push in and throwing a code for the collision system At that time we advised you this would not be a warranty related repair and recommended you contact your auto insurance due to impact damage . This way your insurance will cover the repair cost to your vehicle . You complained and acknowledged you approved the diagnostic time , and after your concern we DID NOT charge you any diagnostic fee. We are here to advise you of what we found wrong with your vehicle. We did not cause the damage and would have been willing to repair under warranty if it was a warranty concern. We must follow our guidelines of what we can and cannot warranty. Unfortunatly your concern is due to something or someone impacting the front of your vehicle causing damage to the sonar system . We spoke to Infiniti Client relations since you opened a case with them and confirmed our findings . Kings Infiniti stands behind the quality of work we perform and are here to properly advise you of our findings.
