I was warned by several people not to bring my car there but from a distance perspective it made the most sense. I now see why this place has such a terrible reputation. Getting to the point; this was the absolute worst service, etiquette and communication I have ever experienced. More

I recorded the strange sound the car randomly made, he quickly told me what needed to be fixed and what action I took that would trigger the sound. John has demonstrated great patience and handling when customers become challenging. Kristal and Megan always follow-up in a timely manner to ensure appointments will be kept and customer satisfaction. Roman Zelster is far from the standard pushy salesperson. He gives great advice and allows people time to make informed decisions. It's also a great sign when you see him bringing his car to be serviced! Overall they are a great group of people and the mechanics are extremely personable. More
