Disappointed When I arrived Nelson examined car per routine and noted the broken tin frame that covers license plate in front of car. I asked him to take care of i When I arrived Nelson examined car per routine and noted the broken tin frame that covers license plate in front of car. I asked him to take care of it. He said no problem. However the Broken license plate frame in front of car was not replaced as agreed. When I returned home I called Nelson to complain. He blamed the workers. Said he told them twice to do it. Said he would complain to management. Since I could not return to service center Nelson offered to mail the frame. Verified my address. This all took place Saturday June 22nd . When I still hadn't received frame by Thursday June 27th I called and Nelson didn't return call. Instead he had Receptionist call me to relay message that Nelson had mailed frame two days earlier and once its mailed he has no control over arrival date. mail. Why lie? Why not follow through on service recovery opportunity? More
