I booked an appointment for 12:15 and then found out their lunch break was from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Knowing that information in advance on the form would be helpful. Staff is very friendly, but communication among them needs improvement. For example, I was told by two people on the floor that my car had been washed and would be ready for pickup. I also received a phonecall telling me it was ready and to come back for my vehicle. Then I was informed that there was a miscommunication and my car still needed to be washed and I waited an additional 25 minutes. 12:15 pm to 2:45 pm is too long to take for an oil change and car wash.
