Matt is amazing. Always has been. I guess my rating is for the "mechanic" that took my car for a test drive. I stated that there is this 'clicking, settling, almos Always has been. I stated that there is this 'clicking, settling, almost creaking sound that come from the rear, inside, passenger side when coming off a uneven surface (I. E. A driveway, or large sidewalk). He claims not to hear it. Well I also stated it does not happen often, so if I were him I would drive it some more inside instead of just dropping it. I stated that the air conditioning was giving off a terrible odor like freon or something. The truth is that by the time I got to the appointment, it had subsided drastically. Almost to the point where you couldn't smell it any more. After I left, I still caught tiny amounts here and there. But now nothing. So maybe not using it the entire winter. I don't know. I also forgot to mention something, which a good mechanic should be aware of. The driver seat jolts, almost knocks every day when I get in, just a small amount. Maybe a few millileters. But still feels like it's loose and then once it does, it is fine. I don't know, but my QX60 had a lot less issues and I actually drove that one even more at that time. I am not happy with the car. With this price, they should be coming to me & exchanging the xxxx thing. It almost feels like a lemon. Not the type of quality I expected from Infiniti. More
