Dealership tried to charge $13k for engine repair for a vehicle under warranty with less than 40k miles. Accused of lack of maintenance then proceeded to deny evidence. Refused to lend loaner vehicle whil vehicle under warranty with less than 40k miles. Accused of lack of maintenance then proceeded to deny evidence. Refused to lend loaner vehicle while we were talking to Infiniti customer service causing extreme inconvenience. Highly unreliable and would not recommend Infiniti ever again. More
