Tommi was fabulous. She went above and beyond. She grabbed my keys with 22 minutes before the service department closed, drove it back to Clarence my new favorite maintenance man, and the manager, Sco grabbed my keys with 22 minutes before the service department closed, drove it back to Clarence my new favorite maintenance man, and the manager, Scott took a pix and showed me why I needed a new tire and they all stayed late and fixed my tire. It took over an hour for me to get the oil changed. The first availability for an appointment was for a month later, which I waited this time, from when I scheduled. Everything was great except upon arrival we waited 15 minutes before anyone would make eye contact or acknowledge us. Customer service was good. The problem I have is that I purchased my car new. It will be 2 years October 2021 that I've had it and already both side mirrors have had to be replaced as well as the last visi purchased my car new. It will be 2 years October 2021 that I've had it and already both side mirrors have had to be replaced as well as the last visit when there was a part dangling from the rear. I had to take off work for this, told it may take 1 hours 1/2 for the repair only to be called back 1/2 later. Gratefully I did not go far. It's just hard to fathom a new car with all the problems and How long it took to get in for an appointment. I'm leasing, but not sure if I'll purchase it in the end.... More
