Nice service agents This dealership is ok. The service agents are great but they are always too busy. I came for service without an appointment because I was told the las This dealership is ok. The service agents are great but they are always too busy. I came for service without an appointment because I was told the last time I was there that I didn’t need an appointment. Apparently I needed an appointment and was initially told that they could not service my car at all. This was a recent policy change. There has to be an email blast or something so we can all know the changes and follow accordingly. Luckily I was able to get my oil changed within 7 hrs. I also don’t like that the mechanic don’t put down paper or plastic on the seats before sitting in the car. They do a great job but their jobs make them dirty and I don’t want that on my cloth seats.
