Good but long wait I had an appointment for oil change at 8am an Saturday. I came on time, drove car into the service area and was told on the front desk that service wi I had an appointment for oil change at 8am an Saturday. I came on time, drove car into the service area and was told on the front desk that service will take more than two hours, which eventually took almost three. If I have a scheduled appointment how is it possible that the shop is already backed up at 8am and what is the reason to make an appointment if they are not sure how long it will take to fix the car. It is frustrating that I cannot make a day schedule even with a set appointment. If appointment is given it should be kept and car should be worked on as it came in. Service quality was good representative is knowledgeable courteous and professional. it's time management involved which is upsetting More
