The service rep, Lori Mizrahi, was excellent. What drove my rating was that the tire pressure was set extremely high. This was not the first time. I am extremely disappointed with my 09/28/2026 visit. I was charged $940.88 for routine 31,000-mile maintenance, which included predatory and duplicate charges: Duplicate Coolant Flush ($252.44): I was c I was charged $940.88 for routine 31,000-mile maintenance, which included predatory and duplicate charges: Duplicate Coolant Flush ($252.44): I was charged for a coolant flush even though Kings Nissan performed one on my vehicle at 18,800 miles (04/24/2023). Nissan’s manual specifies factory coolant lasts 105,000 miles. Charging me twice within 12,300 miles for services that last years is unacceptable. I thought I paid for other services. More
