DISAAPOINTED CUSTOMER I dropped my car off on a Tueaday with a quarter tank of gas when I picked up my car on Wednesday the gas tank was on empty. I questioned the service I dropped my car off on a Tueaday with a quarter tank of gas when I picked up my car on Wednesday the gas tank was on empty. I questioned the service rep, he stated no one drove my car. I then stated perhaps you guys had the car running however whatever the amount of gas I dropped the car off with should be the same when I pick the car up. There was no response nor apology. I was also promised a car wash, which they did not do, stating the Infinity garage next door wouldn't let them wash the car. When the car was dropped off for the repair of the moonroof it was fixed however they broke another part while fixing the moonroof which is why the car stayed @ service an extra day. This is a brand new 2019 car, the moonroof was not working properly not of my fault and when I asked about a loaner, I was told to rent a car. I am very disappointed with Nissan and regret purchasing a car from Nissan. NEVER AGAIN! More
