I was lied to about the work being performed on my truck. I made service appointment and dropped it off at 830 in the morning for an oil change, flat tire and a recall on the ignition switch.i was told 2 to 3 I made service appointment and dropped it off at 830 in the morning for an oil change, flat tire and a recall on the ignition switch.i was told 2 to 3 hours.i had to call at 1 and the service advisor told me the job was bigger than he thought.i called back at 230 and said tje work was complete.i got there an the service advisor told me they didnt have the part in stock to fix the recall.i was lied to an they also told me it would take up to 3 months to get the part.which is a lie also.i called nissan and they told me it is readily available.
