Last “Lifetime” Oil Change I bought my Pathfinder brand new back in 2002. I purchased the “Oil change for life” program and took advantage of it for the past 16 years. Unfortuna I bought my Pathfinder brand new back in 2002. I purchased the “Oil change for life” program and took advantage of it for the past 16 years. Unfortunately, my service advisor told me the program has now ended; it was a good run. The staff at the service center were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with everyone I came in contact with; especially my service advisor Nani Gauze. I would highly recommend this service center. More

Excellent service I went to Kings because my 2016 rogue was having serious issues. Upon arrival I was greeted and taken in immediately. They asked what I was experiencing and as I began to explain, they knew exactly what the issue was. They explained my car had to be kept for a few days and accommodated me accordingly. They explained step by step what was going to be done and handled the issues as quickly as possible given the holiday interruptions. My vehicle was returned in a very timely manner running as good as new. Thanks again, kings, for another exceptional service experience. More
Terrible They took my car 2017 Pathfinder which has a check engine light. Kept it for 2 weeks. Didnt fix it claiming its not under warranty due to poor mainten They took my car 2017 Pathfinder which has a check engine light. Kept it for 2 weeks. Didnt fix it claiming its not under warranty due to poor maintenance. ( they claim i didnt change oil, however i did provide all oil change recipts for the past 2 years) I was told that there is sludge in the engine which is due to not changing oil often. First of all i did change oil. Second of all, i have done reaserch and now i know that synthetic oil does not create a lot of sludge, if any and i always used synthetic oil. I took my car out of there and have no clue what to do with it now. This is my 7th nissan in a row and definitely the last one. After what they put me through - never again! P.s. i also had to pay for diagnostics.... More

Recently, the Sales As customers for more than 30 years who have bought and serviced 6 Nissans at Kings, we've noticed changes and not in a good way. Recently, the Sales Department only followed through on arranging for us to see a car we thought we were interested in after we contacted Nissan Headquarters to complain that the salesman's promises to have the vehicle in the showroom were either forgotten or ignored. In the Service Department, prices are higher than at the other Nissan dealership in Brooklyn and when we pointed that out yesterday, we were told we could go to Bay Ridge. Not what we expected to hear but maybe it was good advice. Adding insult to injury with KIngs' higher prices, earlier this year they started adding a surcharge to payments made with a credit card.
