Lifetime oil change Went in for an oil change and was informed that the lifetime oil change was no longer in affect. How is that possible. I paid for a service and it has Went in for an oil change and was informed that the lifetime oil change was no longer in affect. How is that possible. I paid for a service and it has been cancelled. I never got a letter or call stating this new policy. How can they do this. Doesn’t sound legal and I plan to further investigate. More

Promise is a lizer..Even I got proof of services and receipt I brought life time oil change in kings Nissan...They told me is ended for no reason... Not satisfied My car in warranty, but I still to pay because it is happend after accident. I not angry about this,accident happened at March but problem deign at No My car in warranty, but I still to pay because it is happend after accident.
