Disappointing for the first time. Although the service personnel are always professional and courteous, four hours for a scheduled appointment was disappointing. Four hours for an oil Although the service personnel are always professional and courteous, four hours for a scheduled appointment was disappointing. Four hours for an oil change, tire rotation and filter change seems unreasonable. Our time is valuable too! Although our car was “taken into” the shop, it sat for several hours before anything was done. We love Rogue, our salesperson, Terry, and Kings NISSAN. This was our first disappointment in 9 years. More
