Won't Take My Altima Anywhere Else For Service! This is hands-down the best service center I've been to in the tri-state area! Dealt mostly with Winston who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable This is hands-down the best service center I've been to in the tri-state area! Dealt mostly with Winston who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He even took the time to show me what was wrong with my car and explain the work that needed to be done. My Altima has been running almost as good as new ever since it left the shop, so I'm hooked on this place and won't be taking my Altima anywhere else for service!! More

Great service I’ve taken my Altima to this service center a few times the service rep Winston is very friendly and helpful. When I called in initially and told him I’ve taken my Altima to this service center a few times the service rep Winston is very friendly and helpful. When I called in initially and told him the problem I was having with my car he gave me a suggestion that turned out to be the problem. He also suggested some much needed services and now my car runs better than before I took it there. Great service!!!! More

Very Professional I took my Maxima in for service and have to say I am liking the changes in the service department. Service advisors are in tune with customer needs. I I took my Maxima in for service and have to say I am liking the changes in the service department. Service advisors are in tune with customer needs. I have no clue about cars but I did know I had a leak. I was taken into the actual shop and Winston was not only able to show me the leak but also explain what was leaking and why. Cost me more than i wanted to spend, but at least I know what I spent my money on. More

good service brought my car in for scheduled service, i was taken care of quickly, my car was ready in less than 3 hours. service personnel covered my floor mat, s brought my car in for scheduled service, i was taken care of quickly, my car was ready in less than 3 hours. service personnel covered my floor mat, seat, & steering wheel to keep them clean. service was very professional. waiting room was clean and comfortable. i will go back there again next time i need service. Long wait When I pulled up to the poorly marked driveway I was not greeted by anyone. I sat in my car for a few min before getting out and walking into the shop When I pulled up to the poorly marked driveway I was not greeted by anyone. I sat in my car for a few min before getting out and walking into the shop to see where I’m supposed to go for service. A valet or mechanic... not sure... yelled from across the shop “bring it in,” pointing at the garage door that was closed. After finally giving over the car the guy told me to go into the office, which is just a waiting area with a service counter. The woman behind the counter, Kim, told me she’d be with us shortly. After about 10min (now 15-20min since pulling up to service) she asked what the problem was and stated it would take 1-1.5 hr to replace the battery on my car that is less than 2 months old. That is ridiculously long to change a battery on a brand new lease. Regardless, we ended up having to walk outside to a nearby deli because there were no seats available in the waiting area and I had my baby with me. After and hour and 45min my husband walked up and asked how much longer it would be because we needed to head home asap to feed the baby. Kim stated “They’re changing the battery right now, it will just be a few more minutes.” After another half hour, I walked up to the counter asking how much longer and Kim, with a nasty attitude stated it would be a few more minutes. I explained she said that a half hour ago and she shrugged and said it would be a few more minutes with no sense of urgency. After a few min I walked up again stating I need my car immediately because the wait was not reasonable and my baby needs to eat... she simply said “I can’t do that” and shrugged again. I asked again and asked to speak to a manager and she said ok and walked away. When she returned 5 min later she handed me a receipt and told me my car was outside, completely disregarding my concerns. I will NEVER return to this dealership for service. I’ve worked at a dealership for over a decade so I know how good service should go, I even know that sometimes things take awhile and service isn’t great but this was absolutely unreal. More
