Crystal was very helpful, very kind and extremely understanding. Bruce, on the other hand was probably the nastiest unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to in my life for that reason alone I would understanding. Bruce, on the other hand was probably the nastiest unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to in my life for that reason alone I would never recommend Kings Nissan, and I really believe he spoke to me the way he spoke to me because I am a woman, very conveniently every time you called and transferred to his voicemail, it was always full. And if at all which I doubt he called me back once oh wait, he did happy and when I finally told him off and how I felt about him and the dealership he called me to apologize. More
