Stephenjustice111 – We’re sorry about our miscommunication regarding the interest rates on your vehicle. We simply miscommunicated our rates with the sales desk—this was our fault, and we apologize. We also extend our sincerest apologies for the volume of hard inquiries we pulled on your credit—we did not intend to inconvenience you. There was simply a glitch in processing the loan, and the banks turned down your application because of the glitch. Reprocessing these loans once again was our fault. While we finally did deliver on the rate you’d expected, we understand and sympathize with the inconvenience we caused. While as a general policy we do not fill up gas completely for used cars, we apologize that there were only 7 miles left before the tank ran out—this was on us, too. We take customer concerns to heart, so we cannot thank you enough for bringing your concern to our attention. Please know, Stephen, that our company has used your experience to rehaul, revamp, and revise our processes regarding F&I communication between our internal teams so future customers will not be inconvenienced in the same way you were.
