We really loved working with Bruce. We came in looking for a sienna, expecting our third baby and Bruce really took care of us. Bruce showed us several models of the sienna van, allowed us time to take a test drive, and also time to leave and think about things for a few weeks. We truly appreciated the "no rush" and "no push" hard sell that really intimidated us coming into the process. It's a lot of money to spend, on a purchase that we'd have for several years carrying our family from here, there to everywhere. We wanted the time and space to figure out if this was right for us.
