I've dealt with Kirby for many years, since it was Kirby Jeep and I drove Jeeps. Now I drive a Subaru and have recently returned to the service department, which is the best I've ever dealt with. When we got to Kia this morning we were received by Jerry Ikenouye and David Howard. These two gentlemen have a terrific attitude and great and professional attitudes. They took care of us right away, we had oil changed and tire rotation. We were not there even an hour. Very, very professional. We have dealt with David Howard before. He is one terrific Service Consultant. Every time we went in because we own two Kia's, a Sorrento and an Optima, he always has a great persona and is right on top of things. He is a very caring individual and it shows. We love going to Kia in Ventura and will always go to Kia in Ventura because of the atmosphere and the care they give. Lou Fajardo is an awesome Sales Manager. Every time we go in, he makes it his responsibility to come out and shake our hand and talks with us for a while. We can truly see the genuine man that he is. Lou truly makes Kia a better place and we can see it in the other employees. When you have great leadership you have great and enthused employees. We love Lou. We have purchased three Kia's so far and I have had friends who have seen my Kia and have gone to Kia in Ventura and bought a Optima and a Soul. I have a niece who will be purchasing a Kia soon. My husband is a Kia man. There is no other car in this universe that he would drive, but a Kia. He has told so many people about his Kia and how great the people are at the Ventura Kia. He has referred many people. He loves his Optima. I drive the Sorrento and I love my car. I too am a Kia lover. I have a Saturn and I loved that car.....but when I drove the Sorrento, I said bye bye to my Saturn. I hope and pray to God that Kia doesn't fold up like Saturn did. You guys are truly awesome. We will be Kia lovers for life. We have business cards from Lou and from Chris. We hand those out when we refer people to Kia. More

I was in the market for used car, because my car had been totaled (Ford). A friend of mine was driving a cool looking small SUV ...I asked her what kind of car it was, she said It's Kia Sportage and she said totaled (Ford). Apparently she was in a car accident and the Officer on site said something like ...Good thing you were driving that car..(meaning the Kia) so that being said ,that was the first thing that sold me. I went on line the next day and looked up the used cars at Kirby Kia ... Bingo, there is was My Car ...right price range, the right color ,I knew it was going to be my car !! So I E-Mailed Kirby Kia and Robert called me back , I made a appointment to come to test drive it with Robert Papandrea . Robert was very busy that day, but he made me feel very comfortable and my experience with Robert was the best one I have had in my years of buying cars and I have had many !!! Jake Walters in financing was another painless experience. Jake explained everything and then some about car loans and not to mention that he served our Country proudly !!
