i have bought a variety of cars at different Dealers over the years. The experience dealing with Robert was the very best ever. No new KIA SOUL was available at the time , the grandson and i came to over the years. The experience dealing with Robert was the very best ever. No problem , do it gladly he said as he picked us up. We ordered a new Kia Soul plus to be delivered several week later. The Price was right. No pressure just as easy as can be.. Today he himself delivered it and drove it up to Paso Robles. I think that is very excellent service. It was most appreciated . He then drove me to the dealership so I could buy a car. I had originally bought a Rio and then decided to see the Soul. He showed me the one on display and asked me if I like green. I told him I did but my favorite was red. He said he had one that had just came in and it was in the back but had not been detailed yet. He drove us in the back and proceeds to remove the entire plastic wrap that was covering the car. He was patient showing me all the xxx of the car and told me to come back whenever I had any questions. He programmed my cell phone to the Bluetooth so I could used that feature before I left the dealership. He was cordial, informative and said he loved his job as a salesperson at Kia. I recently had a fender bender with my vehicle. My insurance adjuster referred me to the auto body dept at Kirby. I was helped by Mr Bert Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez was not only very personable, but he phoned the Car Rental for me and was very courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. He is an excellent manager of the Collision Center. Also wanted to extend my gratitude to the technicians who did the work on my car which entailed replacing a back fender, replacing a rear latch cover, fixing a dent then painting and pin striping. Really great work. I am very happy. The result was much better than I expected.
