I worked with Salesman Alex Wood to find a SUV that was within budget. I initially notifed Alex I am staying closer to home. Alex informed me KMC delivers, I am within the delivery zone so we kept interact within budget. I initially notifed Alex I am staying closer to home. Alex agreed to honor the price as CarFax dropped the price by a considerable amount from what we agreed upon the day before. The price change became a 'Great Deal' as per Carfax metrics. I certainly made the right decision working through all the details with Alex rather than a local dealer of which there are several in and around Des Moines. The KMC digital presence is excellent. Their site compared to all the other dealers I looked is by far and away the easiest to navigate with access to all the information necessary to make a car buying decision. One extra bonus is I now have Sirrus XM back for no charge for a few months. In the car and on the app. All at no charge thanks to Alex and Kirksville Motor Company! More
