It was our first time going through a car dealership for our vehicle needs. Had a bad first experience and was recommended to check out Kirksville Motor Company. We were in the area, we live in Iowa about a our vehicle needs. Had a bad first experience and was recommended to check out Kirksville Motor Company. We were in the area, we live in Iowa about a hour drive from where we live to Kirksville, Missouri, and happened to stop by to check everything out. Jim Brown was our sales person and came in on his day off to help us. We were not expecting to come home with a new vehicle. We fell in love with a 2018 Chevorlet Equinox. Jim and the financial department were working hard to get us approved and to get a good deal for a monthly payment. Jim was very sweet, besides the point from coming in on his day off (I still feel horrible), he sat with us while waiting. Offered us something to drink and was good company. Also kept checking on the status with the financial department. After everything was approved and got the go ahead. He showed us what all Kirksville Motor Company had to offer. Very nice and clean. Afterwards showed us all the features of our new vehicle very detailed. All in all Kirksville Motor Company was worth everything and highly recommend coming here. Also highly recommend Jim to be your sales person. Thank you Kirksville Motor Company for helping us get a new reliable vehicle for our family. More
