not the best treatment given to me by service dept. I went to dealership to have an oil change and realized I had only about 2000 miles from last change, service dept. said it was probably caused by the I went to dealership to have an oil change and realized I had only about 2000 miles from last change, service dept. said it was probably caused by the motor breaking down the oil.. Had an issue with my front right tire loosing air constantly advised service dept twice.. They said they checked the tire and it was ok.... When I realized I was getting the run around, I decided to go to a different dealership and trade my GMC torrain for a Jeep.. While waiting for my oil change, Rachel Deacon recognized me and we had a long chat about the problems I had with service dept. She convinced my wife and I that we should look into a Toyota. And only because of her did I trade for a Rave 4..... I had paid of the Torrain the first month I had it, and when I couldn't find the title I went to motor vehicle dept. and was told GM financial had a lien on my car and also had the title.. Believe me if I hadn't talked with Rachel I'd be waiting for my title and Jeep.. More

A pleasant experience. I drove a couple of SUVs, all the knobs and gadgets were explained to me in detail. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed and happy with my final decision to buy a RAV4. I never felt pressured. When I drove out of the lot in my new RAV4 I felt I was knowledgeable about it. My salesman, Kaine Slaughter, is an awesome young man. He has been quick to answer any questions I’ve had. I have used Kirksville Motors Service Department since 2015. They do an excellent job.
