The guys in the service department managed to get a new set of Yokohama tires delivered to the shop by 4:00 p.m., just in time to install them on my car before closing. None of this was scheduled; they worked me in around an already busy schedule. I would have been driving around all weekend on the tiny "doughnut" that passes for a spare tire if they had not gone the extra mile for me as they did. More
