Warranty repairs I noticed decreased mileage and changing shift points while driving my 2018 Silverado. Brand new trucks shouldn’t have these issues. I asked about transmission issues in the service department and was told that the torque converter may be the issue. I appreciate that candor very much. I dropped my truck off Monday morning and was able to pick it up with all repairs completed on Tuesday morning. Given that I am leaving on a 2500 mile trip through mountains and will be pulling a trailer on Thursday I am very impressed that your service department diagnosed and repaired the problem so efficiently. This trip will be a big test...I hope I am just as impressed after. More

Replacing oil sensor after 6 months of purchase I had no issues with the service center, they kept us up to date and were helpful. I was not happy about paying over $300 to fix a part on a vehicle w I had no issues with the service center, they kept us up to date and were helpful. I was not happy about paying over $300 to fix a part on a vehicle we have only owned for 6 months. The service center said we could speak with the salesman bc they could discuss reimbursement for such a quick parts issue. But we've not heard back from the salesman since asking about some kind of assistance with this. More
