He really went out of his way to make sure we got the F-150 with all the features we loved in our Expedition. ( We gave him a long list...lol) We came away with much more then we ever thought. Everyone on the sales floor congratulated us and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you to the service department for the nice detailing! Financing and paper work was quick and easy with Mike Lesch. Enjoyed a visit with Gary Ketchum and Duane Norman. Love living in a small town with great people and knowing we have a dealership so close to home that takes such good care of us! More

Service Department Nightmare! The certified experts put the wrong size tires on my work truck. I drove with 2 new (of four) rear tires that were smaller than the originals and felt like the truck was going to roll over. They also replaced my water pump and the temp gauge no longer works. The service mgr told me to bring it back and they'd reconnect it but...I have to work! These guys are certified hacks! More

He messaged me with any answers to my questions or new information before we had even chosen a car. He helped me to get great fiancing and paired me with a car perfectly. I never even walked the lot. The first car he picked I fell in love with. On that not the Ford Fusions are amazing. I'm so in love with this car it's crazy. I would 100% recomend this dealer, David and the Ford Fusion. More

Excellent Dealership This is one of the greatest Ford dealerships my family and I have experienced. I was recently in the market for a 2015 Ford Mustang and after checking This is one of the greatest Ford dealerships my family and I have experienced. I was recently in the market for a 2015 Ford Mustang and after checking other various Ford dealerships within a 200 mile radius, not one of them could beat the price that Kisselback was offering me. I communicated with other dealerships leading up to Kisselback regarding my inquiries and didn't get a response that I felt satisfied with. We drove 1 hour and 50 minutes from our home just to do business with Kisselback. I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Vickie Albertson and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. She continuously kept me updated with information and responded with my questions quickly. Also to mention, Vickie had a positive and upbeat attitude that one would favor greatly. I got a strong sense that they were appreciative of my business and inquiry. My mother and I arrived on the dealership to pick the car up that they specially ordered for me as it was a "locate vehicle" and they solved all problems when it came to the financing as my bank was slacking. The finance manager, Mike Lesch, was on top of things and keep the pace moving. We also appreciated the fact that Vickie took the time and went over the Mustang's features that I purchased and had a hands-on experience with the car before I drove off the lot. I plan on doing more business with Kisselback Ford in the future and would refer my friends and family members to this dealership. Walked out and went to Napleton Jeep/Chrysler and made a nice cash sale that day. More
Being charged for unessessary repairs My F-150 Breaks down on a Thursday, it would not start. Luckily i was in a Walmart parking lot when this happened, i got someone from the maintenance My F-150 Breaks down on a Thursday, it would not start. Luckily i was in a Walmart parking lot when this happened, i got someone from the maintenance department to come and take a look. He was able to figure out that it was either the fuel pump or the fuel filter that was causing the issue and they don't do those kind of repairs. I decide to have it towed to Kissselback ford after hours, drop off they key and write that either the fuel pump or filter is bad. The next day i get a call from them saying that it is not the fuel pump it is definitely the PCM. They assured me that the fuel pump was working great and that it was definitely the PCM. The new PCM does not come in until Wednesday. They put it in and suddenly now there is an issue with the fuel pump. I specifically told them that the issue was the fuel pump, and they get me for a brand new PCM and fuel pump. They put the new fuel pump in and it works, It got fixed on Thursday ( a week after it came in ) and when asked why this could have happened they stand by their original analysis of the PCM, but it makes no sense that magically when they put this new part it it does not get any fuel pressure. Kisselback Ford does not care about their customers, and apparently they will find made up things to fix on your vehicle just to run up the bill. I will never recommend business to places like this and cant believe ford would allow this kind of service. More
