Had a good experience. We already knew what we wanted and found it on the lot at Kisselback. No pressure, liked the car and took the list price because it was good and I had nothing that would backup comman found it on the lot at Kisselback. Asked the salesperson about the 3 day exchange policy listed on the website. He said he had no information about it. Ask the salesperson about the maintenance record. he said it went through the shop and I believe it because it had new brakes and tires. I wanted to know if it needed its 60K service because the transmission fluid needed changed at that point. He said he would check but we never got a response. My wife asked the next day when she dropped off some supplemental paperwork. The salesperson said "It should have." "It should have"=he never checked. Well after the paperwork was started we asked if there was a second set of keys. The sales person said no keys were with the packet but he "would check" if there was a second set of keys. "Would check"=no keys. He said profit margins were so thin that he couldn't add it but he would check. I just paid asking price for the car! It is a chipped key so it is not cheap but please! Especially after I paid asking price and the deal is almost done. More
I had been shopping for a new car for a few months and decided to go to Kisselback Ford just to look around. I walked off several other dealership lots due to their high pressure sales tactics. Bill Tower decided to go to Kisselback Ford just to look around. I walked off several other dealership lots due to their high pressure sales tactics. Bill Tower introduced himself to me while I was walking the lot checking out their inventory. What impressed me the most with Bill was that he was not a typical high pressure salesman. Bill asked the correct questions and had the answers I was looking for. Bill made the entire purchasing process go very smooth. We closed the deal and I was driving my new car home shortly afterwards. Great Job to Bill Tower. Going forward I will recommend Kisselback Ford due to the outstanding sales service that Bill Tower performed. More

Mr. Tower, (Bill) did all he could to get me financed and spent the time needed in order to do so without making me feel uncomfortable. My car is such a beautiful color and I'm constantly getting compliments. I in turn, make sure to let people know where I got it and the excellance of this Dealership. Jorrge Sepulveda was a great salesman--knowledgeable, available to our schedule, always helpful but never pushy. He worked for us. Duane Norman, the Sales Manager, was exceptional. Answered all our questions immediately, was especially good on vehicle options, explaining Ford financing and guiding us through the actual purchase process. He was thebest of the 5 or 6 Managers we delt with over our two weeks of shoping for a light truck. Mathew, a new employee was amazingly well versed on Ford products and especially good at filling in when others were temporarily busy with other customers or tasks. The whole Dealership was "First Class"! We look forward to a continuoing great service relationship as we enjoy our truck. We would recommend Kisselback Ford to anyone shoping for a new or used vehicle. More

Dallin and everyone else who helped with my transaction were great. My wife had just recently had our baby and it was impossible for me to go to the dealership and shop prices. Dallin helped me in my situation and did everything over the phone and email. I got a great upfront price, no haggling or games. On delivery day, Dallin had the vehicle already cleaned and ready to go by the time I got there. I sat down with the finance manager and signed my paperwork. Dallin really helped my family out! Everyone had great customer service and put the customer first. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. On top of my excellent customer service and experience at the time of delivery Dallin and Kisselback Ford went above and beyond again. After driving home I realized that I had misplaced my spare key. I dont remember what happened to it or where it went. Either way Dallin took care of it for me. He spoke with his manager and they decided to go out of there way and get me a new key. They even mailed it to me so I didnt have to come down to the dealership. Again went above and beyond even after the sale was over. They will get great reviews and word of mouth adverstising from me to everyone I know interested in buying a Ford. Overall my experience was the best I have ever had with buying a new car. Even the financing part was excellent. No games or hidden fees. The finance manager broke everything down for me and even worked with me to get an extended warranty worked into my budget payment. This dealership and employees really care for customers and go that extra mile to make your experience the best it can be. I will highly recommend them and will only think of Kisselback Ford for any new Ford purchases. Matt More
I had a great experience with this "new" dealership for the most part. Dallin was very helpful and he got me into the vehicle I wanted/needed for a good price. My only complaint would be that I did not get a spare key for my ignition nor any key for the tool box on the pickup and this was not disclosed to me until AFTER I had signed the paperwork. That said, the owner and Dallin quickly worked to take care of my issue and they reimbursed me for the cost of a new backup key for each. They really seem to care about repeat business and I would recommend this dealership and in particular Dallin Jones as your salesperson who took care of every need we had at the time. More

I explained that I had been having a difficult time letting go of my current 2001 Mustang because it was such a good car over the course of the ten years I owned it. They were patient and respectful. Thank you for making this experience a positive one for me!! I know I will enjoy my new 2012 Focus! More
