Klaben has made a very loyal customer! First off, and most importantly, I can't recommend Klaben enough. When I encountered a problem that I feared would make getting the car I had in mind difficult, Doug reassured me that there was nothing to worry about and that they would make it happen. Make it happen they did! Even though I eventually set my sights on a Dart at Klaben's Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram store across the road, I was met with an equally awesome guy - Caleb Jacobs - who helped me to find the Dart to which I'd wound up quite attached. I love my car, and I am incredibly impressed by how helpful and personable Doug and Caleb both were in helping me get this far. Thanks so much! The staff were accommodating and e With one minor exception, I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a Ford Factory Certified Pre-Owned car. The staff were accommodating and efficient. Buddy Moore went out of his way to assist me in making the necessary out-of-state arrangements to come to Kent to make my purchase. Christine in finance was also clear, helpful and efficient. Things went very smoothly, considering the complications that distance and travel added. The one minor caveat was that I found two broken items on the vehicle, that had been checked off in the certification process, another minor door alignment adjustment needed, no owners manual, and a half-empty gas tank (Certification has specific standards), which means the service department was not 100% thorough and these things were overlooked (of the 172 items on the checklist). All items were easily dealt with after the fact, with help from Buddy and the parts department, so all was in balance given some other extra help provided; hence I remain very satisfied! Best of all they were all honest and straightforward, to a degree I have not encountered before in dealerships. I perceived integrity, and the wonderful absence of sales hype or "slickness" throughout each step of the process. More

I would recommend Doug Carter I never thought that I would recommend a “car sales person” until I met Doug Carter. Then again Doug is not your ordinary car sales person. From the first day I met Doug, I was put at ease by his friendly and easy going manner. There is nothing I hate worse than the sales person who comes at you like a lion stalking his prey. When you tell them that you are just looking, they immediately go into their pitch about their great cars and the great deal that is ending tomorrow. Doug wasn’t at all like that. He came out with a friendly smile and introduced himself. Told me to feel free to look around and if I had any questions, needed information or wanted to take a test ride, feel free to just ask. When I needed to have questions answered, he was always honest and informative without being pushy. I was looking for a car for my wife and it took many trips to the dealer over a period of almost two years before she found the perfect car. We did several test drives, looked at several vehicles and asked Doug millions of questions. He never lost patience with us or rushed us. He fully accommodated us in every way possible. By the time we purchased, we had not only found the perfect car but the perfect sales person and a friend. I have bought cars from award winning dealers for BMW, SAAB and Toyota but I have never found a better sales person. I’m now looking for a car for myself and Doug will be the only person that I will buy from. Hopefully, it doesn’t take us two years to purchase this one but if it does, I’m sure that Doug will always be as friendly, helpful and patient. Another advantage of purchasing from Doug is that he is backed by an outstanding service team and body shop at Klaben. Doug has told us on several occasions that he really enjoys working at Klaben because he works for an owner who stands behind their product and service. They may not be 100% perfect but they will do whatever it takes to make it right. We have always found this to be the case. Based on knowing Doug for many years, we are sure that he wouldn’t work at a dealership that offered any less. More
