The gentlemen at Klaben are just the absolute best! Dave, Don, and Jennifer make sure that buying a car is the best experience possible. They move mountains and make sure you are happy. They made sure I walked out with the car of my dreams. They made sure that during my time waiting I was more than comfortable. They treated me like family. I was their little sister and they needed to know that I was getting the perfect car, the perfect deal, and the perfect service, and they made sure of it! I explained to Brandon that my heated seat button was not working. He wrote it up in the report to the auto tech. The auto tech confirmed that it was faulty. He explained to me that it was covered under extended warranty plan. Brandon answered my questions and was very polite.

My experience with Kent Klaben Ford was absolutely fantastic. everybody was very friendly. We were lucky enough to work with nick and jennifer. both were very friendly. Nick kept going back to try and get us more discounts he was great. Jennifer got us out of there pretty quick. When i turn in my escape I hope that they are both still working there. "Helpful, trust work done"

I have used several dealer service centers in the past, and have found Klaben to be the best in taking care of their customers responsibly. They don't try to "up-sell" your service, by telling you that you need something not necessary, and while not the "quickest" at doing an oil change/tire rotation, they do an adequate job at trying to get your vehicle done while you wait, especially on a busy Saturday. I have had to wait 4 hours or more at another local Ford dealer, and Klaben got the job done in 1 1/2 hours. I have trusted them in the past to do my recall and repair work on vehicles, and will continue to do so. Overall, I am pleased with their work, friendliness, and professionalism, and would recommend them to others needing similar work done.

"More than a Dealer!!!"

At Klaben Ford you are more than a customer...you are family. They make sure you are comfortable with your deal and that you are more than a number to them but family. I have never been pressured into a deal or rushed to make a decision. They take time to allow you to process the purchase and look for the deal that is best for you. I think that is why Klaben is so successful because they realise that they could sell a few cars to some people for a while but to get them back they have to feel comfortable and the deal worked in their lives. Thank you Rich and thank you Mike for always making it an easy decision where to make my car purchases. You are more than a dealer to me...you are family!!!!
