Extra Mile Oil Change. I took my Escape in for the recommend oil change and was delighted with the extra service. All the filters were changed and shown to me before being tossed. The were filthy and I might gain a little better gas mileage. My tires were rotated without my request at "no change." I was advised last year to replace my tires and there was a special "free lifetime tire rotation" Michelin tire promotion that I had forgotten about. Larry Krueger, Service Manager, is excellent to work the and takes of both vehicles. I'm looking forward to seeing and using the new dealership when it's built next spring. I'll be looking for a replacement vehicle, or two, next year and will give the sales department an opportunity for my business. Keep up the great service gentleman. More
