After spending a couple hours looking at the Honda Fit's at Klein Honda we decided to buy the last Sport w/Nav Honda Fit on their lot. After starting the paperwork our salesman had to go to a scheduled meet at Klein Honda we decided to buy the last Sport w/Nav Honda Fit on their lot. After starting the paperwork our salesman had to go to a scheduled meeting and left us with another salesman to close the deal (the price had already been arranged through Costco Pricing). This new salesman asked us to wait at the desk while he processed the paperwork. After waiting for 15 minutes we walked outside to look at the car again just to pass the time. While outside we were informed by yet another salesman that the car had just been sold to another couple who had arrived while we were test driving the car. While the other couple never test drove the car, they were informed that we had agreed to buy it and were allowed to buy it from under us. Chalk it up as a day wasted at Klein Honda. More

I dealt with this dealer once, and only once. I bought a used Toyota Corolla from them. I asked if it had been checked out by their shop, and they claimed it had.
