Garbage service from a garbage dealership. Called several days before and scheduled an appointment for my Civic to have its “check emissions system” message checked out. I dropped the car off at my appointment time and was asked “do you plan on waiting here or do you want us to call you when we have an update?”. I told the service tech I wanted to be called. I had a friend pick me up to take me home. 24 hours later I had heard nothing from Klein so I called and was told “oh, it looks like we’re just about to check it out now” meaning they had forgotten about my car until I called. They called me a few hours later and said it was the thermostat and they would be able to replace it and have it ready by that night. I finally got a call late in the morning the next day saying they were finished. I told them I wanted a discount because of the poor communication and the fact they had forgotten about my car. They said they could discuss when I came in to pick up the car. I came on Sunday since it was the only day I could get someone to take me since my wife is home with our newborn baby. I went inside and talked to one of the sales people since the service department is closed Sundays. The sales person talked to a manager and said they could only give me the keys if I payed the full balance. I told them I wouldn’t and that I needed either a discount or for someone to drive me home since I had been dropped off by my mother-in-law on her lunch break and she had left. The team at Klein refused to help in any way and told me to come back tomorrow and that they couldn’t do anything to help me get home. I assume since there was no chance of a commission check for the sales manager there was no reason to help me. I walked to Target in the rain and had my wife pack our 1 month old baby into a car seat and come pick me up. Terrible service. Once I pick up my car I won’t be back again and I will be telling my friends and family to avoid this place as well. More

Let me start off by saying, I would definitely recommend Q, Marisol and Klein Honda to anyone buying a Honda in greater Seattle area. Klein Honda is the only dealership you should be going to buy a Honda in Q, Marisol and Klein Honda to anyone buying a Honda in greater Seattle area. Klein Honda is the only dealership you should be going to buy a Honda in PNW. My fiancé and I shopped around at other Honda dealers in the greater Seattle area and none came close to the deal that was presented to us at Klein. Marisol, our sales rep found us a deal we couldn’t refuse. We sat down and told her exactly what we wanted and she did her best to accommodate that. We also had the pleasure of working with Q Ali, the financial Manager. He worked with the bank to get us the best rate possible. No games. Straight to the point, answered all of our questions. Their service was truly incredible. They both answered any questions we had and advised us along the way. They have such a great team over at Klein Honda. More
Don't fall for the Mr. Ali the finance guy tactics. It is not mandatory to pay for security systems the dealership put on for their own benefit. Very Unethical he'll say it's only $1000 and you'll end up paying $2200 for a 500$ system. If you say you dont want it then he bluntly will tell you that he wont sell you the vehicle. Like other people said, once you start declining there add-ons or mandatory systems there demeanor changes instantly. I startled at 8.99% and each time I said no the rate went up 1%. The salesperson we dealt with was helpful and low pressure. When it came to signing the papers, Q the loan officer added karr plus, Karr guard choice and a service contract all that we did not ask fo pressure. When I saw the service contract and asked about it he tried to tell me it was required. He couldn’t do it with a straight face so we called BS and he removed it. When we asked about the security system he lied and said it was part of what I had been quoted. I had taken a picture of the sales work sheet which I showed him and he lied again. When I called the next day after reviewing the contract he said it couldn’t be cancelled. DONT TRUST Q the loan officer. Better off at a different Honda dealer. More
My wife and I were looking for a used car and we were lucky to find Klein Honda. We had a great experience with Remington and he was no hassle easy to work with. Ask for Q Ali when buying a Honda from this dealership. This was my second experience buying a Honda at this Honda dealership in Everett and once again it was a good experience. Even though I Live in Lynnwood and could have drove little north to Marysville. Q Ali was my salesperson and helped me through the process once again. They gave me a better than expected trade-in amount on my leased car. for the car I was paying monthly. They had only a few CRV hybrid left but luckily there was a one which I loved, Sonic Gray color. I accepted the price. Finance also went smoothly. No Hard Sell here. Thank you Q Ali. and did you know Q is one of the most reviewed sales person. More

Probably the worse car shopping experience I’ve ever had. Went to go see a 2020 forester, Ali and Cruz told me the car is ready. When I got there the car had full blown animal hair everywhere inside. It had no fuel to use for test drive so I literally just drove it in their parking lot. The car isn’t detailed at all and the stench in the car was so bad, it lingered in my clothes even when I got home. The car was listed for 16k miles and I got there it had 18k , bad advertisement. The asking price was 34k for such an fair to bad conditioned car and they gave me numbers that ended with $42k for a fair conditioned car. Wasted my whole time. Service was horrible. More
