Began the process through Edmunds.com and their internet quote service. While I did not get an official e-quote via email from Jack West at Klein Honda, he seemed very receptive to the idea that I did not quote service. They offered a bit lower than I was hoping on the trade-in, but after mentioning that I would be shopping around he asked what they could do to get me to buy there. I asked for another $500 on the trade-in and they accepted. When all was said and done, we got a decent deal on the trade-in and paid only $1000 over invoice for the new Honda Pilot (verified with Consumer Reports new car price report, $15). My experience with Jack West at Klein Honda in Everett, WA, was very pleasant. More

The navigator system in my new Accord was on the fritz. It was still under warrenty and said it would take 2 parts. They couldn't get the 2nd part for about a month. I told them I'm about to make my first payment on a faulty car, and that they should take the good parts out of another car on the lot. After going to the dealer manager, they finally took care of it. If I did my customer service the same way, I'd be out of business. More
