Super patience. We decided to go with a Honda Pilot AWD, and opted in for technology protection, best decision you can make since these new cars come with so much technology. I got higher loan rate %3.79 from BECU bank (my score 830) and financing representative told me it is the best loan rate and I do not need check other banks... on BECU web site they offer 3,25% for new car and Bank of America 2.99%. I got 3.04% from Bank of America (check your bank fist ) But Dealership quickly sloved this problem and changed it for lower rate. Kloen will damage your car I'm Klien customer from couple of years, due to bad oil changes at Klien, I had to pay 1$$$ amount for timing chain replacement, even last oil change I'm Klien customer from couple of years, due to bad oil changes at Klien, I had to pay 1$$$ amount for timing chain replacement, even last oil change in one month is bad with black in color, and also they broke plastic cover up for break light. And light is also not working which is replaced. I would suggest go to nearby any different Honda for any service. Thanks More

We caused a short delay by not bringing a cashier's check, and Q used his extensive knowledge of Klein's business rules to get us a complete solution and out the door with the car in a minimum amount of time. He made sure my family was comfortable and relaxed while making this major financial decision (well, completing it - the car was one of 5 and he helped us reserve it right off the rail car). Klein's staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, and Qasim represents the most competent they have to offer - a true salesman in the best sense of the word. Couple this experience with a great Japanese machine built in England with American help, and Klein has a winner. More

It was helpful to see what the estimated payments would be and additional features that were included such as unlimited life time warranty and unlimited oil changes. Actually going to Klein was the big deal for me. But I met Keanu Kealoha at the lot across the street ( was lost of course), he was so very helpful and cheerful and put me at ease immediatly. He had me follow him in his car to the actual dealer, helped me park, and escorted me into the dealership and introduced me to a few fellow employees who could help me. He also bought me out on the test drive and answered all my questions. I don't know if I would have bought the car without his help. Thank you so much Keanu! You are awesome! Kudos to you! More

Zach is the most unprofessional sales guy ever met We went out for shopping on Christmas eve (24th Dec.) for a CR-V in Klein Honda, Everett and came across this guy Zach. First look, we felt like this guy is a temporary sales rep. working at Klein Honda on Christmas eve when all their actual staff was on vacation (for Christmas). Very inexperienced, rude and manner-less sales person ever seen or met. My cousin had let me negotiate for the car as he never had car buying experience in the past, while I was talking to this guy Zach, he cuts me off and says "Are you the one who is buying the car?" I felt like "What the xxxx, idiot?" Can't I negotiate for my cousin. Its a clear indication of his lack of experience of how to deal with the customers who comes for car shopping. His answers were rude and can't speak to the point. Klein Honda is losing all its reputation because of these kind of arrogant sales rep.'s. When we took this to his manager, he responded positively saying he'll talk to this guy but didn't seemed like he did. Slowly and steadily, Klein is going to lose its reputation due to the fake publicity of warranties, these kind of sales rep.'s/managers and false promises. More
