Klein Honda is the Best Dealership & Service Center Ever! My relationship with Klein Honda began in 2004 when I first bought a car from them. Every time I have ever had my car serviced at Klein Honda, or have just stopped in with a random question, I have always been greeted with a smile and received the info and/or assistance that I needed. Most recently, I had a couple of service contacts with Mike Hagenau who is just the nicest, most helpful person ever. After my car had been hit while parked, I stopped in for part and repair information. He patiently answered all my questions and offered some good suggestions for how to move forward. He is so easy to talk to and I feel that he is genuinely interested in helping me whenever I have worked with him. I also recently worked with Steve Johnson to have my car detailed. He set up a time to get it done very quickly. The car looked great. By the time I realized that a plastic piece from an item I had planned to repair had been removed from the console - possibly thinking it to be garbage - I was dismayed. I went back to the service center but it had already closed. I was a little frantic, hoping that it could be located before garbage cans were emptied. When I explained this to the Sales Manager, Shane, he and Salesman, Viren, set about to help me, both going above and beyond their roles in the Sales Department. They called over to the servicing area across the street for me. When no one answered, Viren offered to go check to see if someone was there but just hadn't picked up the phone. When it turned out nobody was there, Shane and Viren routed the information to the Servicing Manager Steve Johnson. The next day, I had a call from Steve asking for a description of the plastic piece. I then got a follow-up call from Steve, that the item had been located, was on his desk, and that I could pick it up at anytime. This is how amazing they are always! Once you make an issue known, you never have to worry about bugging them about it because they are always right on it and follow through with what they say they will do. That is priceless! In summary, whenever I need to visit Klein Honda, I feel welcome, experience no pressure ever, and have a sense of safety in that I do feel like it is a place that has been very good to me over the last 13 years. We have been Klein Honda customers since the early 1990s. All of our maintenance service and occasional repairs have been done by Klein Honda. A few months ago Klein performed a minor repair for my Civic. Just recently it became apparent that the original repair had contributed to a subsequent problem. The Service Manager, Jim Matson, and the Service Advisors Arturo Centurion and Nelli Bocharnikova all took personal responsibility for ensuring that the problem was corrected and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The repair was performed promptly by Technician William Dye. We are very happy with the entire Klein Honda team. We are very thankful that they are such an outstanding, reputable, and reliable dealership. More

Raj Sharma Went out of his way to accomidate my every need! Sales associate Raj Sharma was the first one who greeted me as i entered the building, he was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me with the exact car i was looking for. My car broke down and i literately had one day to get a new car, I was by my self & had no way of getting the new car home aside from taking the buss, I also did not have my check book with me at the time to complete the purchase, Raj Sharma went out of his way to accommodate me, driving with me to my residence and allowing me to write a check after i had left the dealership. Mica was also very helpful & professional in getting my loan approved and on the terms i wanted! The sales staff is some of the best I've seen! I will continue to let everyone i know whom is interested in purchasing a new vehicle of the excellent experience i had at Klein Honda! More

Dishonest car dealer Kleil Honda is dishonest. I had a deal agreed to and then caught them trying tohide fees in my tax and licensing. They attempted to add 700 dollars Kleil Honda is dishonest. When I called them on it, they told me that they could no longer offer me the agreed upon price. They also said that I had to pay the negotiable doc fees. This is also a lie. Do not do business with this dealership. More

I had the pleasure of speaking with Keanu in Sales when I was interested in purchasing a new car while mine was being serviced, and he was fantastic! not too pushy at all but also extremely well knowledge'd and confident on all of the cars, and at the same time was very polite. This kids gonna go far in life! I don't think I've ever met a salesman so professional! He was very honest about certain cars and I liked that about him!! Great hire Klein Honda! :) His brother Elijah in the Service department was very polite as well! It's a scam! We had a great experience with the sales department and everything was going great until we thought that we had sealed the deal... After watching his 25-minute presentation scribbled on a piece of paper, we were told that we had to buy Mr. Klein's extended warranty! After stating that his presentation only covered specific items that my insurance already covers we were strongly pressured to by it. He got angry at us the moment that we were not interested and tried several times to change our mind. At this point, we had already agreed upon a price and the finance guy was trying to renegotiate the deal. Mr. Finance's mood and attitude totally changed at this point and we could feel the anger in the room. It was VERY uncomfortable. Then, Mr. Finance goes on to tell us that in order to offer the Mr. Klines program they have to sell so many or they will have to cancel the program! Sorry, I am not paying so that you can offer this ridiculous extended warranty. I am not here to meet your quotas! It gets even better! Mr. Finance then tried to tell us that our car would be stolen unless we paid for the additional alarm system that added 15 dollars a month to the price of the car. I was pissed! I flat out said; we will pay the agreed price and nothing more! Not another word was said until we were handed the keys. My experience with Klein Honda was so bad that I will NEVER set foot on that lot again! I refuse to use your free oil changes after my experience and would much rather pay Lynnwood Honda to do the job. Your finance department went out of its way to create a hostile negotiation! My wife and I were not treated with respect and were made to feel stupid. The word needs to get out about how people are treated at Klein Honda! I will do everything possible to make sure that NO ONE has such a negative experience at this dealership. More
