After three visits to the same garage with the same issue, I took it to yet another garage and learned that I had a cracked head gasket (which I figured after reading Honda forums, yet somehow the first garage couldn't) figure that one out). Honda's quote was so competitive to fix my head gasket, it would have been foolish to go anywhere else. Kevin Serapin provided excellent customer service. He assured me I was in good hands and that Honda would stand behind their parts and their service. I knew I was not getting remanufactured parts or non-Honda parts. He, and all the other service members did their best to communicate clearly and effectively. I'm a Klein-committed for good! More

Proud new member of what I would call Klein Honda "ohana" I went back to Klein as I had a brief experience of what the sales experience would be like as I was shopping for a car a little less then a year ago. Things were put on hold due to a family emergency with my Gma. Upon my return a week ago, I was warmed welcomed by all. A gentleman introduced himself by Leo and asked how my day was and what brought me. Very genuine! I explained and we browsed and the rest is history. Not once did I feel obligated or even pushed in a sales environment. For goodness sake I even bought the car that evening and picked it up 2 days laters due to my schedule.
