I honestly had no idea what I wanted but Sherman was very patient with me and helped me get a better of idea of what would work for me and my family (which unfortunately wasn't a 2 door convertible, 16 year old me was really upset about that). I wasn't ready to commit today but I didn't feel pressured to, which I did not expect but REALLY appreciated. I will definitely be back. More

Customer service doesn't get any better. When I noticed the before and after alignment paperwork was missing from the receipt I received and was nowhere to be found. I emailed her a question a few days later on a Saturday night, and she replied not even two minutes later. I couldn't imagine a better customer service experience. More

Klein Honda is the one to choose! Well I stopped by Klein Honda to look at a new commuter for work. A gentleman by the name of Phil helped me out.
