Told me what I wanted to hear only to get me to "come in". Gave me a quote based on my trade and buying a new F-150. Stayed my payment would be X. Gave me an aggressive trade number to get me in. Then on in". Gave me a quote based on my trade and buying a new F-150. Stayed my payment would be X. Gave me an aggressive trade number to get me in. Then only offers Kelly Blue Book value on my truck which only had 16,800 miles. Doesn't have a single door ding and rates it only Good Condition. When I get there he stated he was $2,000 short of his trade number. But the quoted payment went up $105 a month which was closer to him shorting my trade on a 2017 by $4,000. Quoted $435 a month tax inc and after I "come in" it's $550. Told me one thing and did another and then even made it worse and out right lied to me. I not a happy person after wasting 40 mins driving each way and sitting there for over an hour. Then had the audacity to blame me. David the other Sales Manager joined in and insulted me and treated me like he was a thug. And this is their Sales Managers? Just be alert and aware and what they tell you verses what they do. More
