If we had a question, and she didn't know the answer, she made it a point to find the answer. As we were looking at a used VW on the lot, we didn't expect her to have all the answers at her fingertips. The only reason we rated the experience as a 4, rather than a 5, was due to the manager. We felt that he was condescending both to Lauren and my wife; and after we expressed an interest in the car, but said that we would return the next day after thinking about the purchase, the price on the car was marked up when we returned. It was ultimately returned to the original price we saw, but it left us with a sour taste. More
