Although I thought I was sure of the vehicle I wanted and numbers were given to me for that particular truck, the last minute I changed my mine. This was not an issue for him. The process with the finance department was a simple and quick process although there was a bit of complication, the finance person was able to correct the issue. Painless Experience I was driving a 2015 Jaguar XFR and it was becoming evident that I needed a different vehicle for my changing driving needs. It may sound silly, but I I was driving a 2015 Jaguar XFR and it was becoming evident that I needed a different vehicle for my changing driving needs. It may sound silly, but I developed an emotional attachment to the car. I absolutely loved it, but I knew it was time to move on. I worked with Bob Bozarth who gave me a very good deal on my Jag. Tony Bryant took it from there and made the experience efficient and painless. I ran into a few speed bumps, but that was my fault for not having my registration info and spare key with me. At no point did I feel pressured or being jerked around. Bob and Tony were stand up guys and it was refreshing to do business with professionals. The rest of the staff I interacted with in finance, etc. were equally professional and pleasant to deal with. The hardest part of the whole experience was giving up my Jag. It's an amazing car and I am jealous of whoever is lucky enough to get it :-). Nevertheless, I'm now the proud owner of a CPO 2019 4Runner that I am looking forward to having for years.
