The front office sales staff are professionals. Tony Bryant is a perfect gentleman & made our 2nd leasing experience palatable (although the whole thing is a ripoff). He was totally disrespectful & not customer oriented at all. I asked for copies of certain paperwork & he tried to deny me. I insisted & told him to go to the manager & he was overruled by his own & had obvious resentment. Dealing with Matt stained my experience but Tony Bryant saved the day. More
