He is courteous and does not mind letting us see or test drive as many cars as we want, we end up looking at 4 different type of toyota and testing 2. Norman is also very patience and down to earth, he is not the type of sales person that are usually very robot like and scripted. He is honest and upfront with his customer, he doesn’t try to up-sale or sway you towards a purchase you will regret. Even though we did not purchase anything at this particular time, if the opportunity ever come up, this dealership and Norman would be our top choice to buy from. More
