Onsite access to Allstate Insurance and even a Star Bucks. Tony Bryant our sales consultant was Great! My wife and I the day prior spoke with Tony in regards to what we were looking for in the way of a new vehicle. We took home a new 2019 RAV 4 for the day both drove it and loved it. Took it back the next day and ended up leasing it. That is when our best experience ever began. Most people hate shopping for new vehicles, but I can tell you after buying or leasing 17 vehicles over the last 25 years in Lehigh Valley this experience was actually fun. After returning the vehicle, Tony asked us what we thought as well as our needs. Payment we would like etc. The whole experience took less than 2 hours and that included application, necessary vehicle add on to insurance, financing and signing and explanation of paperwork etc. Mike our finance manager was great no pressure. During process other associates wandered over and welcomed us to the Koch family and congratulated us on our new purchase. They would also ask if we needed anything such as coffee/water. While all of this wa going on our new vehicle was being Detailed and a full tank of gas. When we were all done, our sales consultant Tony wanted to know if we had any more questions, he answered them. Then preceded to walk us to our new RAV4 and gave us a brief tutorial. Almost forgot to add the free / no cost add one 2 year 25,000 mile car maintenance, free state inspections & a 1 year protection package that covers small dents/dings, interior stains on seats , carpets. I was heading into work, and they managed to get me through all the steps and out the door so I wouldn't be late for work. Oscar was really helpful and insightful. I really liked that he walked me through most of the features of the car and showed my how to use all the buttons and whistles. The purchase includes a warrantee, not at expected to get one of those on a used car. And though I haven't used it yet, I think the customer service is going to be excellent going ahead...if my purchasing experience is any indication!
