Beware horrible sales team Wife and I went test drove a vehicle. Tries to purchase the vehicle. Salesman Matt says oh I can’t put you in that but I can put you in something diff Wife and I went test drove a vehicle. Tries to purchase the vehicle. Phone rang within 15 minutes was them saying oh now we can put you in that truck.So we negotiated a little over the phone and set an appointment next day to come in and purchase the truck. Sales team went and ran my credit 6 times that night was only supposed to be pulled once ,after I left the dealer and the paper that I signed when I was there should have been thrown out since they did not run my credit when I was in the dealer. They went ran my credit than sold the vehicle I was going to buy the next morning before our scheduled appointment. Now I have 6 hard inquires on my credit from them and no vehicle. Now I have to file papers with banks and then File police reports to get the hard inquires removed.They basically scammed me into running my credit for a vehicle that they had sold. Never got a call from any of the managers trying to resolve this issue. Would not recommend going to Koch AT ALL !!!!! Salesman Matt said they do this all the time..... More
