Service dept ok but as with most dealers that build a castle to visit (this one now has a Starbucks in the lobby) they will try to convince you to get unnecessary service or at least optional items without telling you/your spouse what is required vs optional. Staff were all friendly and helpful. They offer a range of products and warranties -- just be aware that they could add a few bucks to your loan! Very patient considering I wished to test drive a couple of different model years of the car I wound up buying, and allowed me to take it around to my own mechanic to double check (no problems!).
