From having to repeatedly argue about finalizing a previously confirmed price, changing the APR financing in the last 30 seconds despite numbers already confirmed by him, begging me to help him and his dealership out, receiving unsolicited financial advice, and lastly becoming belligerent and verbally aggressive towards my husband. Fortunately, he decided to hold back his most hostile attitude when my young children were not in the room (although he stated he has young children of his own 😳). Will continue to tell everyone that is interested in purchasing a Toyota to avoid this fraudulent establishment! More
