All routine & as needed service was done by the dealership & you would be hard pressed to find better, honest, funnier people than here. I just returned from my first routine service for my certified pre-owned RAV4 & it couldn't have went better. So courteous - in the rain- literally brought the car to the door so I didn't have to go out in the rain. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy or service my vehicles. I had switched from an Android phone to am iPhone and could not get the Internet apps working in my 2014 Prius. He assisted me and solved my issue by simply plugging the phone into the USB port and reinstalling the phone. Everything works beautifully. He was very attentive and courteous. Nice job! More
