I scheduled an appointment for a recall for premature frame rust for my 2015 Tacoma. The first appointment was greeted by a gentleman telling me the spray pump was malfunctioned and that I'd have to res frame rust for my 2015 Tacoma. The first appointment was greeted by a gentleman telling me the spray pump was malfunctioned and that I'd have to reschedule for the following week. As gentleman stated the pump to apply spray was down for a few days. No advance call or apology for waste of time given. Following appointment one week later. Leave my truck on service row. Miserable Jim ask out loud "whose old Tacoma is this". It happened to be my 5 year old Tacoma purchased from Prime. Had run in's with Miserable Jim before and as soon as my free service agreement had expired I decided to get service elsewhere because of Raincloud Jim! Instead of any humility and acknowledging the fact that I'm taking time off work because the product you rep has constant issues with their frames, you insult a 5 year old vehicle purchased at your dealership. Followed with admonishing another customer for inquiring if a certain repair was covered under the Toyota guarantee in front of the whole garage and customers present. I think your outfit is unprofessional to put it mildly! Especially you Rude Jim! Don't know what is more surprising: You getting hired to work with the public or that the registry didn't get you to work for them. More
