I have only been happy with the service I have received at this dealership. First it should be noted this Lincoln was purchased 8 months ago at a different dealership. I am not happy with this vehicle, I have been a loyal Lincoln owner for many years (4th Lincoln). This MKX is noisy, uncomfortable and certainly not worth what I paid for it. I will be trading it in within the next few months, I hope the next vehicle is better. More

Bad service Just an update on a review I wrote about my lincoln mkc I brought in for harsh shifting and slipping in drive. Today I brought it to the ford service department in merrill,great people there! It turns out transmission fluid is NOT supposed to be black! Kocourek ford didn't even check it, just plopped a service builtin on the seat and said it's a normal thing and no further steps are needed.....GO BACK TO TECH SCOOL! Also some customer service skills could come in handy for them. A rebuild or new transmission is what's needed,major oversight.they can sell them, but fixing them ....not so good. Merrill has my business now both buying and services work. More
