All I ask is not to be disrespect and for the dealer to take responsibility fixed my broken rim or pay for me to fix it. All your staff need to be train specially your service manager. Never answers the phone. I just when for a simple recall and never imagen what would happen so many issues. I email you my experience never again would I take my car to this place I am scare my vehicle will get damage. Yes the first time you made it right and fix the damages but the second time we got ignore. It is not my fault who ever drive my truck did not pay attention when moving my vehicle. I am a city employee I can keep dealing with this but I will make sure people know to check their car when picking up.

Update- wanted dealer to make it right I was send a message to explain the issue but no response whether or not they will fix my damage property.Images had been posted in Google reviews all I need is my rim to be fix or buy me a new rim but as seen in the image the driver scratch rims and tires which are very expensive as they are 22” Thanks for taking your time to review the issue just know images are better than words.
